Rewrite your story: No More Fear. No More Shame. No More Silence.
My work is rooted in truth — the kind that many women are taught to hide. I speak openly about control, jealousy disguised as love, isolation from family and friends, constant criticism that chips away at confidence, manipulation that makes you question your reality, and fear used to maintain power. I name it plainly because women deserve language for what they experienced.
Through my book Invisible Soul: Surviving a Narcissist and my journaling workbook Petals of Power, I help women process what happened without blaming themselves. Healing is not about pretending it didn’t hurt. It’s about reclaiming your voice, setting boundaries without apology, and refusing to shrink for someone else’s comfort.
As a keynote speaker and advocate, I stand for the one in three. I speak to young ladies and women who were told to stay quiet, keep the peace, or endure just a little more. I partner with community leaders, healthcare professionals, legal advocates, and educators to address intimate partner violence as what it truly is — a public health crisis that demands action, not whispers.
My mission is bold and unwavering: to break the silence, expose patterns of control in clear language, and remind every woman who survived — you are not weak. You are not dramatic. You are not “too much.” You are powerful. And your voice is no longer negotiable.
